In the morning watch of the 22nd December, I was abruptly awakened and as I lifted my head off the pillow, I saw a vision—a simple one really; just an early morning horizon with the sky just starting to light up a little and two stars, one directly above the other, were positioned just above the horizon. I was told that the lower one was Venus, the Morning Star. So, when I woke up, I opened up stellarium and checked what the other star was on this early morning of the solstice. It turned out to be Dschubba, a fixed star in the Scorpio constellation. But not just any star!

The name Dschubba comes from the Arabic word jabhat, meaning forehead (of the scorpion). It was once called Iclarkrav, a translation of the Arabic word Iklil al Akrab, meaning the Crown of the Scorpion. Yet another name, Isidis, probably comes from the Egyptian goddess, Isis. The Babylonian title was Qabu sha Rishu Aqrabi, Centre of the Head of the Scorpion. I am not sure why it is named the forehead, because it is actually positioned in the right claw of the Scorpio constellation, but perhaps satan also has a son of the right hand/claw!

The 3 stars of the Scorpion’s Crown are Graffias (Acrab), Dschubba, and Pi Scorpii; with Dschubba being the central star or 'jewel' of the crown. Do you remember that I shared that I was told that the man of sin would be indwelt by satan on the solstice when the conjunction occurs? So, in this vision the Lord is showing me the placing of the central 'jewel' in the crown of the scorpion, with the Morning Star, Jesus also visible. But notice that Scorpio is positioned above the Morning Star at the winter solstice.

Isa 14:13  And you said in your heart, I will ascend to heaven; I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit upon the mount of assembly in the uttermost north. Isa 14:14  I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.

Ascendancy is on the enemy's mind. It is his great ambition and the ascendancy of the man of sin is close at hand. Remember that everything satan does is a counterfeit of what the Word says God will do. In Malachi 3, we are told that those who fear the Lord will be openly revealed as His jewels. Well, satan has 'jewels' too; those who have access to his mind and his agenda. The positioning of Dschubba centrally in the forehead or crown of Scorpio tells us that this one who is infilled and anointed at the time of the conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter is central and foremost in the enemy's plans. Thankfully, this crown of the scorpion is positioned beneath the base of Libra, the scales of divine justice, speaking of appointed judgement being meted out in Heaven's time. There is only a short season; 3&1/2 years, in which the man of sin is allowed to wage war and oppress the saints and then the Lord will destroy him with the breath of His mouth at His coming.

I then had to ask myself, "Are the 3 stars of Scorpio's crown representative of the 3 frogs in Rev 16"? Not coincidentally, I had seen a huge frog at round 9:30 the previous night, when outside to briefly view solstice conjunction. (It is the first time I have ever seen a frog in my garden).

Rev 16:13  And I saw three loathsome spirits like frogs, [leaping] from the mouth of the dragon and from the mouth of the beast and from the mouth of the false prophet. Rev 16:14  For really they are the spirits of demons that perform signs (wonders, miracles). And they go forth to the rulers and leaders all over the world, to gather them together for war on the great day of God the Almighty.

So, using the pattern in verse 13, the 3 stars would represent the dragon, the beast and the false prophet, with Dschubba depicting the positioning of the beast in the scorpion's crown.  With the information about satan taking up residence within the man of sin during the conjunction on the solstice, we can deduce the beast is being set in place—a central jewel in Scorpio's crown. He is the one with the mind of the scorpion, who is the central figure of the unholy trinity chosen to manifest the mind of the fallen one.

Remember satan is the great counterfeiter and that I had seen the hand of God the day before, placing a crowned key in the Door. Notice that when satan is cast to earth, there is a key to another door—this time the door to the bottomless pit! And it is no coincidence that this locust army which is unleashed has a sting like a scorpion!

Rev 9:1  THEN THE fifth angel blew [his] trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth; and to the angel was given the key of the shaft of the Abyss (the bottomless pit). Rev 9:2  He opened the long shaft of the Abyss (the bottomless pit), and smoke like the smoke of a huge furnace puffed out of the long shaft, so that the sun and the atmosphere were darkened by the smoke from the long shaft.

So there is a door opened in the earth and a corresponding door opened to the Abyss to release a demonic army, which rides under the leadership of Abaddon, the Destroyer.

Rev 9:7  The locusts resembled horses equipped for battle. On their heads was something like golden crowns. Their faces resembled the faces of people. Rev 9:10  They have tails like scorpions, and they have stings, and in their tails lies their ability to hurt men for [the] five months. Rev 9:11  Over them as king they have the angel of the Abyss (of the bottomless pit). In Hebrew his name is Abaddon [destruction], but in Greek he is called Apollyon [destroyer].

So let's look at the differences between the dragon and the beast, Because although they all have the mind of satan, they play slightly different roles:

Rev 12:3  Then another ominous sign (wonder) was seen in heaven: Behold, a huge, fiery-red dragon, with seven heads and ten horns, and seven kingly crowns (diadems) upon his heads. [Dan. 7:7.]

The dragon has 7 crowns on his heads, but the beast has blasphemous titles on his heads and 10 crowns on his horns. Did you know that Macron wants to put together a 10 nation European army and that he has both Jewish and Assyrian bloodlines?

Rev 13:1  [AS] I stood on the sandy beach, I saw a beast coming up out of the sea with ten horns and seven heads. On his horns he had ten royal crowns (diadems) and blasphemous titles (names) on his heads. Rev 13:2  And the beast that I saw resembled a leopard, but his feet were like those of a bear and his mouth was like that of a lion. And to him the dragon gave his [own] might and power and his [own] throne and great dominion.

Note the dragon is the one who empowers and bestows authority to the beast. Just as believers are filled with the Holy Spirit and have access to the mind of Christ, so the beast is filled with the spirit of satan (like Judas) and becomes the son of perdition, as he taps into the thoughts and plans of satan. In Daniel 7, he had a vision of 4 beasts, which represented empires but each of them had a leader and the 4th beast is no different. Its leader and spokesman is 'the little horn' which makes war with the saints. Consider the height of the European leader who had a birthday on 21st December... not very tall, is he?

Dan 7:19  Then I wished to know the truth about the fourth beast--which was different from all the others, exceedingly terrible and shocking, whose teeth were of iron and its nails of bronze, which devoured, broke and crushed, and trampled what was left with its feet-- Dan 7:20  And about the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn which came up later and before which three of [the horns] fell, the horn which had eyes and a mouth that spoke great things and which looked greater than the others. Dan 7:21  As I looked, this horn made war with the saints and prevailed over them.

Note also that the word translated 'stroke' below in verse 3 is 'plege' from which we get the word 'plague'. The virus presently causing the leader of France to be secluded for 7 days is a plague, a stroke, a pestilence.

Rev 13:3  And one of his heads seemed to have a deadly wound. But his death stroke was healed; and the whole earth went after the beast in amazement and admiration. Rev 13:4  They fell down and paid homage to the dragon, because he had bestowed on the beast all his dominion and authority; they also praised and worshiped the beast, exclaiming, Who is a match for the beast, and, Who can make war against him? Rev 13:5  And the beast was given the power of speech, uttering boastful and blasphemous words, and he was given freedom to exert his authority and to exercise his will during forty-two months (three and a half years). [Dan. 7:8.] Rev 13:6  And he opened his mouth to speak slanders against God, blaspheming His name and His abode, [even vilifying] those who live in heaven. Rev 13:7  He was further permitted to wage war on God's holy people (the saints) and to overcome them. And power was given him to extend his authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation, [Dan. 7:21, 25.] Rev 13:8  And all the inhabitants of the earth will fall down in adoration and pay him homage, everyone whose name has not been recorded in the Book of Life of the Lamb that was slain [in sacrifice] from the foundation of the world.

Notice also in Rev 13:5 & 6, that the beast is referred to as 'he'. In other words, the beast is not a system, but a person who, as the central 'jewel' in the crown of the scorpion, leads a system of one-world government. So, if the casting down and anointing of the beast by the dragon occurred on 21st Dec during the conjunction, then we have 42 months tribulation coming up, but not immediately. Remember Judas was indwelt by satan a few days before Passover (an event no-one witnessed) and was only released to do what he intended at the appointed time. In 'Ready and Waiting', I spoke of the individual components of the tabernacle in the wilderness being completed by 1st day of Hanukkah. Yet, there was a 3 month waiting period before God instructed Moses to fit them all together and install the priesthood. So too, there are components of satan's tabernacle or tent (his earthen vessel dwelling on earth) already equipped, but waiting for the appointed moment when Heaven allows them to be fully assembled and unleashed in the earth.

As the Spirit constantly warns and gives increased understanding of the times we are entering, I want to encourage you to stand firm in the Lord, beloved saints. Psalm 91 details the days we are facing and the safe shelter of the Most High. It also details the enemy as a serpent (also meaning 'dragon' in the Hebrew) and scorpion, but nothing shall by any means harm us. He will deliver us because we are not our own; we belong to Him and He has set His seal upon us. I leave you with my favorite scripture:

Joh 16:33  I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]
