behold He comes

As we head toward the end of the year, I just want to share a couple of things with you. I am sure I am not alone in the situation of having been under considerable onslaught. The enemy is doing his best to wear out the saints as the year draws to a close. It is not always the size of the attack but the relentless repetition of smaller bouts of warfare that brings one to the point of exhaustion.

When my laptop antivirus told me I had a worm python virus, my attention was alerted, as the spirit of Python does its best to squeeze the life out of the saint it is attacking and it functions wherever strong witchcraft is present. I went through the process of rebuking and cutting off all witchcraft attack in the Name of Jesus and then decided I would begin to worship no matter how I felt. Instantly, a new prophetic song rose up out of my spirit and I began to decree its lyrics loudly into the atmosphere. It had two verses; the first seems to be addressed to principalities and powers announcing that their judgment is at hand, and the second verse is an encouragement to the saints that the days of the glory are also at hand:

Behold He comes

And He's a man of war

With eyes of fire

And a mighty sword

The day of the Lord is at hand

And He will not delay,

Lift up your heads, o ye gates,

He's on His way.

Arise and shine,

All you saints of God,

Your Bridegroom comes

with His sure reward.

The Day of the Lord is at hand

And you shall weep no more.

He is coming on the clouds,

He's at the door!

A couple of days later, another new song came forth as I was praying for my neighbor who has been diagnosed with breast cancer - and I also want to share it with you as I believe its words are to give strength and comfort to all his brave warriors during the days that lie ahead. No matter what giant you are facing, He is with you:

I am here, I am here

I am with you, do not fear.

There is nothing can destroy you

when your Father God is near.

So let My perfect peace enfold you.

Know that in My hands I hold you.

There is nothing can destroy you,

I Am near.

Saints, we are headed into days of great storm and conflict as end-time prophecy is fulfilled before our eyes. But He holds us fast... and so we must encourage one another daily and fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. We journey home and although the nations rage and the oceans roar, though volcanoes erupt and earthquakes shake this planet, we must remind ourselves that we are citizens of another Kingdom; one that cannot be shaken. As the song above says, He is on His way! The enemy knows he has a short time so he is going to throw all his toys out of the cot, doing his best to create havoc, chaos and mayhem. The days ahead are not going to be easy but we carry deep within us the peace of God that passes all understanding. We are not our own, we were bought with a price and in the season that has just passed, the Spirit of the Lord was faithful in putting us through our training paces, so that, for those who have yielded and cooperated with His teaching, we now stand equipped and ready to take up our places in His endtime army. Each of us has received instructions from the Commander-in-Chief and has specific assignments to complete. Work while day is here, for night is coming when no man can work. He is coming to be glorified in His saints and we must arise with unswerving focus and shine as the darkness rolls in. The battle has already been won and we march under the banner of the Slain Lamb.

Remember always the power of the Blood and do not get sucked into responding to the enemy's baiting from a natural, fleshly viewpoint. His strategy is to distract and delay you from completing your assignment. Be aware of his schemes. As the Lord said to me, "Be about My business and I will take care of those who can't mind their own business!"

The Harvest Fields are White

The great healing evangelist, Reinhardt Bonnke, was taken home to receive his reward last week and as I pondered the impact of his well-spent life, I recalled his booming voice decreeing many times, "Africa shall be saved". Reinhardt may have moved to higher realms but the decrees that came out of his mouth still resound in the spiritual realm. It is time for a mighty wave of new healing evangelists to pick up the baton and go forth into the harvest field!

Act 13:2  While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, Separate now for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.

Are you surrendered and consecrated to the work God has for you? Notice that there is an act of separation 'unto' at the time people are launched into the assignment God has for them to complete. It doesn't say whether Barnabas and Saul knew all the details of the work God was giving them to do, but they had to be separated and consecrated for the work before they launched forth. No doubt God revealed further steps as they went forward, consecrated to Him.

Beloved, use these last weeks of December wisely. Don't be lulled into a slumber by the spirit of this age, as materialism and pagan revelry abound. Set yourself apart and yield all to the Master. Be a vessel useful to Him. Be alert and watchful, praying always in the Spirit, ready to obey the smallest nudge and leading. Like little Samuel, be ready to say, "Speak, Lord. Your servant listens." These are days of positioning, of movement into appointed places to stand. He who began the good work in you will bring it to completion!

It has never been more important for the Bride of Christ to get herself ready and make the necessary changes and preparations to ensure that she is not taken by surprise when she hears the sound of the shofar announcing her Bridegroom's imminent arrival. In a world that grows increasingly dark with each passing day, we cannot look to the world for wisdom in making life-changing decisions. We must seek the face of Him Who is Wisdom and learn daily by the light of the seven lamps before the throne. At this season, I felt prompted to offer my Daily Devotional at a greatly reduced rate as we move toward the beginning of a new year. So the price has been cut by 40%. You can now get this 365 day Devotional,

Daily Beauty Treatments for the Bride
