I am so grateful for the combined council and revelation given to the saints. We all see in part and it is such a blessing to experience the corporate seeing and hearing of the remnant. I say this because it has been crucial in putting together what I want to share. I have been asking for more understanding about the Blood and the power of the Blood. You remember I encouraged you to press in your portion of the revelation, about the power of the Blood.

On 3rd July 2021 in the morning, I heard ‘Babylon is fallen’ and remembered the Lord saying in the message called ‘The Secret Place of My Peace’ the following:

"THERE IS NO NEED TO WAR AGAINST SOMETHING THAT
IS BUSY BEING DESTROYED FROM WITHIN.

Speak only the decrees that are already written over those realms. My words still carry weight and authority to roll out the judgments written".

‘Babylon is Fallen’ is an announcement; a decree made in a number of Scriptures. Let’s look first at Isaiah 21. The watchman is at his station day and night and sees something in the spirit. He sees a treacherous dealer (Hebrew is ‘covert, deceitful dealing’) doing his treacherous stuff and he sees a spoiler wreaking destruction – two separate actions and two entities are mentioned here. There is great deception and there is at the same time, ‘spoiling’. The Hebrew word for ‘spoiler’ also means ‘lay waste, oppress, destroy, rob, ravage’. And the watchman is overcome with horror at what he sees. God tells him to look again and he relates that he sees three chariots and tells the Lord about the first segment of his vision. And God interprets for him what it means:

Isa 21:9  And see! Here comes a troop of men and chariots, horsemen in pairs! And He tells what it foretells: Babylon has fallen, has fallen! And all the graven images of her gods lie shattered on the ground! Isa 21:10  O you my threshed and winnowed ones, that which I have heard from the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, I have [joyfully] announced to you [Babylon is to fall]! 

So first he sees utter devastation and loss of life and then God gives him something to decree to those who are being threshed! Babylon has fallen! There are many remnant saints who have been given visions of horrifying destruction and many deaths in the days ahead. BUT God says to decree the end result – decree Babylon has fallen!

Now, the same day I heard this decree, in my spirit, a precious intercessor friend of mine in Namibia was delivering food to people she knew who were sick with the bioweapon. She went to a friend with a severe headache which had lasted for days, and the Spirit told her to stand outside the front door and  decree ‘Babylon has fallen’ from Jeremiah 51 and also to blow the shofar 39 times, decreeing ‘By My stripes, you have been healed’. She saw the bloodied back of Messiah and Blood flowing... She saw the Lord roaring from Zion and releasing His breath over the nation of Namibia. She, a vessel holy to the Lord, was warring with the Blood.  The next day, she received the report that her friend and husband were better.

The Spirit of the Lord has given us a key – we must unleash His decrees that Babylon has fallen. We must war with the sound of the Blood.

Now, let's just read a bit more about this, Babylon has fallen in Revelation 17:

Rev 17:1  ONE OF the seven angels who had the seven bowls then came and spoke to me, saying, Come with me! I will show you the doom (sentence, judgment) of the great harlot (idolatress) who is seated on many waters… Rev 17:3  And [the angel] bore me away [rapt] in the Spirit into a desert (wilderness), and I saw a woman seated on a scarlet beast that was all covered with blasphemous titles (names), and he had seven heads and ten horns.

THIS IS THE BEAST THAT COMES UP OUT OF THE SEA IN REV 13:1 – NOTE THAT HE IS SCARLET! SCARLET IN THE Greek is Kokkinos – from the shape of the insect, scarlet or crimson. The root word is kokkos – ‘a kernel of grain or corn’.

We find this same insect or worm that produces the scarlet dye in psalm 22 which is the prophetic psalm about the crucifixion:

Psa 22:6  But I am a worm, and no man; I am the scorn of men, and despised by the people.

Regarding this word used for ‘worm’, it is the Hebrew. tola’, not the ordinary word for "worm", but the crimson coccus from which the scarlet dye was obtained. This worm when crushed exudes scarlet ‘blood’. Being a worm speaks of taking the lowest place.

Rahab in Jos 2:18 had to put the scarlet cord out of the window to be saved in the destruction of Jericho.

Note in Rev 17:4 that the woman, Babylon is also clothed with scarlet dyed cloth. The ‘worm’ which dyes the cloth represents the body of Jesus pouring out blood on the cross and therefore the woman called Babylon in rev 17 is depicted wearing a robe that is saturated with the blood of the Body of Christ. You know, in Revelation 19, we have the description of the living word on his white horse and he has a garment dipped in blood while the woman that rides the beast also has a garment dipped in blood. It is the counterfeit and it is the blood of the body of Christ:

Rev 17:4  The woman was robed in purple and scarlet and bedecked with gold, precious stones, and pearls, [and she was] holding in her hand a golden cup full of the accursed offenses and the filth of her lewdness and vice. Rev 17:5  And on her forehead there was inscribed a name of mystery [with a secret symbolic meaning]: Babylon the great, the mother of prostitutes (idolatresses) and of the filth and atrocities and abominations of the earth. Rev 17:6  I also saw that the woman was drunk, [drunk] with the blood of the saints (God's people) and the blood of the martyrs [who witnessed] for Jesus. And when I saw her, I was utterly amazed and wondered greatly. 

**There are two different situations here – blood of the saints and then that of the martyrs. Saints and martyrs are separate groups in this verse. WHY? The martyrs are those who have been slaughtered for their Christian witness. BUT THEN THERE IS A SEPARATE SECTION – THE BLOOD OF THE SAINTS.

The blood of the saints is mentioned again in Rev 16:6 when the 3rd bowl of judgement is poured out on the rivers and springs

Rev 16:5  And I also heard the angel of the waters say, Righteous (just) are You in these Your decisions and judgments, You Who are and were, O Holy One! Rev 16:6  Because they have poured out the blood of Your people (the saints) and the prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. Such is their due [they deserve it]!

So I just looked into this pouring out of the blood because. It could mean the martyrs who were beheaded or killed in various ways, but the word for ‘poured out’ in Greek is G1632 to pour forth; figuratively to bestow: - gush (pour) out, run greedily (out), shed (abroad, forth), spill.

Do you remember in my message of The Fresh Understanding of the Power of the Blood, that the Lord mentioned a second bioweapon being released that would cause the flowing of blood like the Ebola virus? The first manifestation of the bioweapon caused the clotting of the life-flow, then the Lord mentioned that the excess flowing of blood was going to be added. This gushing forth or spilling of the blood of the saints that Babylon is guilty of not only the blood of the martyrs but is a symptom of Ebola, the viral disease in which people bleed to death from every orifice.

My friend in Namibia had a dream where a man was lying on the ground with blood pouring from nose, mouth and ears.  Doctor with him said that they should help him as he has low platelets. This is a symptom of Ebola.

She confirmed from her dream that a disease is coming where people will bleed to death.

Then this actual Christian doctor from her dream shared with her that he was told by an Intercessor friend that he had a strange encounter – an abnormal wind blew over his furniture on patio. As he went to investigate, a woman appeared to him holding a skull bleeding from its orifices. She said,” I have come to kill the saints”.  He asked the Lord how to deal with it. And the Lord said ‘focus on Me’.

They then prayed together concerning the encounter. The Lord said, “This woman is Babylon from the Book of Revelation”.

Rev 18:24  And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all those who have been slain (slaughtered) on earth.

The Spirit of death is connected to Babylon. This is why the intercessor I mentioned heard the woman say ‘I have come to kill the saints’.

It is the last quarter of the Hebrew year 5781, the first watch of the night as the Lord referred to it. So we know that now, in this season we are stepping into, there is a specific target for the Spirit of Babylon. She is gunning for the saints, not content with all the other dead she has reaped through this bioweapon. Now her sights are honed in on the saints – and it is connected to the pouring out of their blood. Remember what it said:

Rev 17:6  I also saw that the woman was drunk, [drunk] with the blood of the saints (God's people) and the blood of the martyrs

Note it is all about the Blood – the Blood shed on Calvary and the blood poured out of human vessels in a terrible disease. The only protection from this second plague unleashed is the Blood of the Lamb. The only protection from the Destroyer in Egypt was the Blood of the Lamb, and the people of God inside their houses were fully clothed and ready to leave Egypt. Will you be ready to come out of the worldly Babylonian system speedily? Are you wearing your spiritual armor? Is your belt of Truth tightly fastened? Are you set-apart to the Lord? And is your heart cleansed daily from sin the Blood of the Lamb.

Remember it is the enemy’s intent to WEAR OUT THE SAINTS, to exhaust and deplete your spiritual and emotional and physical reserves.

The war against us is being ratchetted up quite a few notches.

THIS IS WHY THE LORD HAS SAID, LET ME DEAL WITH FEAR.

THIS IS WHY HE HAS SAID, FIND THE SECRET PLACE OF MY PEACE.

Both these words previously released are extremely important. We have to get out of spectator mentality where we read a prophetic word, chew it for 3 minutes and then look for a new one. God is giving us spiritual counsel about how to survive what is coming and what is here and His words must be embedded in our hearts, so that they can empower us daily. These are road maps so that you don’t lose your way! I have made audio’s so that you can download and replay them again and again.

This is not about listening to me. I am only a messenger. This is about what the Father is equipping you with. Today He is saying begin to decree what is already written. Use this as a weapon of war – decree Babylon is fallen. The schemes of Babylon against you are fallen. The bioweapons of Babylon are fallen. The death assignment of Babylon against you is fallen.

Now is not the time to draw back in fear. Now is the time to get your armor on, pray in the spirit as much as you can and having done all, to stand! God has supplied you with wisdom and counsel to be able to stand in the evil day.

Position yourself in the secret place of his peace, break bread daily and know that the weapons of your warfare are mighty to the pulling down of strongholds. This is not about how strong you feel. This is about the strength of Him who is in you and the power of the Blood and the power of His word in your mouth.

Babylon is fallen.

Dance to that decree.

Blow your shofar to that decree.

Wave your worship flags in warfare to that decree.

Write new songs by the Spirit with that decree.

Now, I just want to add one more thing here, and this is not a word of the Lord. This is Christine speaking. I have been praying and asking how the Ebola-like bioweapon will manifest or be presented, and this is what came to me. This is my understanding so far and I could be wrong, but I have a suspicion that it's not going to be announced as a separate virus. People are used to hearing that the virus has mutated, the virus has mutated. And people have already been warned that there are going to be booster jabs that will need to be taken. In fact, I think it was in the U.K. that an announcement was made that boosters would start being rolled out in September. And September is the time at which the year 5781 ends and the New Year 5782 begins.

So, I suspect that what they're going to do is add an extra payload of Ebola, either DNA or some form of virus protein into the booster shots, so that this will begin to manifest. Ebola is a very contagious. And then they will probably announce that there has been a mutation of the virus and urge even more people to get the shots so their addition causing Ebola-like symptoms is transmitted. This is done by contaminated food, by touch, by water, by the air, by body fluids. I suspect that that they will infect those who are having their booster jabs with this second payload that causes the flowing of the blood and then those people will infect other people.

So that's just my understanding or how I see it playing out. I could be wrong. I just wanted to share that with you as well, but for now, let's get our hearts right. Let's get ourselves standing strong with the weapons of our warfare. Let's position ourselves in the secret place of peace. And let's let God deal with every fear. And make sure that our hearts are clean before the Lord daily. And we must use the decrees that are already written, Babylon has fallen, Babylon has fallen. Hallelujah. God is going to execute His righteous judgments upon the mother of Harlots, who is drunk of the blood of the saints and the blood of the martyrs. And we can begin to decree those powerful judgements now. Let’s fill the air with the sound of His righteous judgements.
