I just want to start off by saying I am done with apologizing when I send through quite a few posts in short succession! Actually, the Lord rebuked me and asked me why I was apologizing because He had something to say to His remnant Bride... so, as you can imagine, that cured me pretty fast of the groveling mindset, LOL! When He speaks, I write. Whether you read it is up to you.

Everything God does is line upon line, precept upon precept, layer upon layer. He is the same, yesterday, today and forever and He changes not—ever! As those who have been reading my blog for a while know, I tend to look for patterns, types and shadows in God's event calendar; because I have found that He often emphasizes themes and what's on His mind at particular times in the Hebrew calendar. This is chiefly during the feasts of the Lord, but there are also other very important seasons, when Heaven is extremely busy.

Way back at Chanukah in 2020, He began speaking to me about the month of Adar and as I mentioned in Ready and Waiting, He kept showing me a cut and polished jewel being set in place every time He spoke the word 'Adar'. Now Adar is the 12th month of the Hebrew calendar; that being the month when the final loose ends of the previous season are being tied up neatly and all last minute preparations of the big NEW season being put in place.

For some reason, as I typed that last sentence, I saw a wedding planner furiously going over menus and arrangements for the reception of a wedding that has been in the planning for some time.  I have never connected the season before Passover with marriage, but today God is doing just that! I love the Holy Spirit so much! He is the One standing in the wings whispering clues when I write, so I know where He is going next! The Israelites left Egypt once and for all at the first Passover and began their journey to Mount Sinai, where they were to be wed to the Lord forever—a holy marriage covenant. Therefore it makes absolute sense that the month of Adar can be likened to the wedding planner going over all the preparations and blueprint before that great day arrives. The Holy Spirit is our Wedding Planner and the jewel being set in place is His remnant Bridal Company; that holy city who has prepared herself as a Bride for her Husband.

Rev 21:10  Then in the Spirit He conveyed me away to a vast and lofty mountain and exhibited to me the holy (hallowed, consecrated) city of Jerusalem descending out of heaven from God, Rev 21:11  Clothed in God's glory [in all its splendor and radiance]. The lustre of it resembled a rare and most precious jewel, like jasper, shining clear as crystal.

Of course one cannot mention the word 'jewel' without connecting it to the beautiful scripture in Malachi 3. The company that makes up this most precious jewel are all noted in God's Book of Remembrance. The most prominent characteristic identifying them is their fear of the Lord!

Mal 3:16  Then those who feared the Lord talked often one to another; and the Lord listened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who reverenced and worshipfully feared the Lord and who thought on His name. Mal 3:17  And they shall be Mine, says the Lord of hosts, in that day when I publicly recognize and openly declare them to be My jewels (My special possession, My peculiar treasure). And I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him.

The word translated here as ' publicly recognize and openly declare' is 'asar'. It also means 'appoint, ordain, institute'. This alludes to being set in place. When a bride marries her bridegroom, this is not the end of the story, but rather the BEGINNING of a whole new and completely different chapter. She is separated once and for all from her old life, her old surname, her old dwelling place and even her bridesmaids who have lovingly helped her in her days of preparation. Yes, they are her good friends, but in the season after the wedding, they step aside and play a lesser role in the bride's life, as her husband becomes her chief confidant and closest friend from the moment of covenant onwards. And of course the wedding marks the beginning of the chapter of the happy couple colaboring together in building something new in the earth— a family that did not exist before this moment. In the same way, a jewel is not set in place just to complete an item of jewellery. The setting in place is the final manifestation of workmanship before the beautiful creation is worn and displayed to the world.

Eph 2:10  For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

Workmanship—what a beautiful word! I see a jeweller; head bent over his creation, carefully and lovingly bringing into manifestation in precious metals and jewels the design He dreamed up. In Greek, it is the word 'poiema', from which we get 'poem'. That's you, beloved— prepared in intricate and beautiful detail to manifest His full blueprint; His carefully crafted poem, in the appointed time. This design started in the mind of Christ, but is manifested in your life as He prepares the surroundings fully and then sets you in the midst of them and firmly fastens you in place so no-one can remove you. And as a poem moves the hearts of those who listen to its sound, so too, the beauty of the sound coming forth from your setting in place will touch the hearts of all who come in contact with it. They will hear the heartbeat of God and feel His breath as they gaze upon the detail of every line which poured forth from His Poet heart.

That being said, the 'wedding' concept refers not only to nuptial between a bride and groom, but to being made one with what has been planned and written for you in the journals of Heaven before one of your days in the Kingdom came to be. All your preparation, all your setting apart in holiness, all your separating from and dedicating to, all of your pressing in deeper in the secret place; seeking greater detail on the blueprint and the future God has ordained for you in this next season of Kingdom plans, finally culminates in you being 'wedded' completely to those blueprints, as you begin a new and different season of manifesting them with your Bridegroom in the earth.  A bride says, "I am going to be married" but that is not just talking about a great elaborate event attended on one day. 'Married' means building together, being fruitful; bringing forth something in the earth that is unique and only able to be created from the specific DNA of that particular bride with that bridegroom. Now we are all wedded to the DNA of the same Bridegroom, but the unique qualities, gifts and strengths He chose to build into your spiritual DNA are what makes the manifestation of the Kingdom through your life different and unique from every other Bridal saint. We are participating in displaying the manifold wisdom of God in the earth. Manifold means ' multi-faceted, marked by diversity and variety'.

Note also that He says in Malachi 3:17, "They shall be MINE". A bride is fully given to her bridegroom on the wedding day. Before that, she can fondly say, "My Beloved is mine" but on the wedding day, she can add, "...and I am His". Only then is she fully separated, fully given to Him. She is not her own. They are a new creation in the earth.

The Importance of the Latter Rain

 As I mentioned before, on January 7th, the Lord said to me, “The latter rain is coming”. (Note that the heavy latter rain is the rain that brings the harvest to completion. And it’s the harvest of the barley that we’re looking at, because the barley is what is harvested as the first fruits offering; an Aviv offering for Passover.) Remember also, I shared in my last blog post how I saw a heavy head of grain, ready to be harvested and the Lord said that the harvesting of the Light-Bearers was going to be occurring. This heavy latter rain that is to be released to bring the Barley Remnant‘s growth and maturing to completion. AND IT IS COMPLETELY LOGICAL that the heavy latter rain must fall during Adar, because at the end of the month, the fields are inspected and the firstfruits barley sheaf is found and marked as being in the Aviv state, ready for harvest 2 weeks later for Passover. Without the heavy latter rain, the firstfruits barley remnant, light-bearing Bride (that's a mouthful LOL) cannot grow to full maturity. So Adar is the month of outpouring; where our Bridegroom comes to us as the heavy latter rain.

Then the harvest of the light-bearers can occur just before Passover and be presented to the Bridegroom as a firstfruits offering in the first month of a new season on Heaven's calendar. So what does the heavy latter rain look like? WE know it adds the final touches of growth and maturity before the fields are inspected to search out the first-fruits company. BUT HOW DOES THAT RAIN MANIFEST IN OUR LIVES?

To search this out, the Holy Spirit reminded me of the Hebrew word 'Menuchah'. The word in psalm 23:2 for ‘still’ waters is ‘menuchah’. It means ‘repose, peacefully; figuratively consolation (specifically matrimony); an abode, comfortable, ease, quiet, rest (-ing place), still’. Who knew that psalm 23 was a wedding psalm? And the word for 'pastures' also means 'home, abode'. The days of preparation before a wedding are fairly frantic, but when the bride gets to the altar and takes the hand of her bridegroom, there is a great stillness and peace that comes upon her. 

Yes, the last weeks before a wedding are very busy, with multiple things to check and put final adjustments and touches to. The wedding garment must be tried on and adjusted to fit like a glove. All venue bookings must be checked and earmarked for this particular wedding on an earmarked day; menus must be finalized and guest lists checked, seating plans sorted out. This all done by the wedding planner, but the bride herself must concentrate on getting herself ready; body, soul and spirit. This is the final short season of preparation before that appointed day arrives. But don't panic! Beloved remnant Bride, you are not going to lack anything you need on that day. You continue to grow by virtue of the fact that you are planted deep and the DNA you carry determines what kind of grain you will produce. The heavy latter rain is going to complete the preparation process and the Spirit will lead you in exactly the right paths to reach those 'green pastures'; your Bridegroom, Who is your home; your abode. He will lead you to the waters of matrimony; to the place of becoming perfect in one with Him. And this is the place of complete rest and safety.

I want to share a paragraph or two from 'The Barley Firstfruits is Ripe' with you:

'When I looked at that green field in the vision, I could just see the other side of those protecting mountains, at the edge of my field of vision. There was war and bloodshed and brother attacking brother and much chaos. Somehow I could ‘see’ the sound waves of the great noise of what was happening. Yet the green field seemed far removed from the tumult. The sun was shining down brightly and all was quiet and peaceful. The light actually sparkled and it seemed worlds away from the chaos on the other side of the ring of mountains. So, if we continue in psalm 23 past the green pastures and the paths of righteousness, we come to the valley of the shadow of death. This is depicted by the green valley I saw, that’s where the table is spread for us. We need fear no evil. Death and mayhem is happening right next to us, but we are unharmed (as psalm 91 describes). We are in the presence of our enemies, but we are feasting and being anointed with the oil of joy because we are the Bride with the Bridegroom. The death and mayhem is happening on the other side of the mountains (representing the Lord surrounding us) He has led us down to this place and we are safe. The shadow may fall over the valley but the shadow is not the experience or the actuality, the shadow is next to the event and what is happening. The death and horror is not happening where the shadow is!! We can liken the shadow to hearing or reading news reports of the destruction happening. Know that it will not come near your tent.

Psa 32:18  My people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting-places. MENUCHAH!'

And from the same blog post, listen to what the Bridegroom says:

'"I have my first-fruits company, My wave offering. They stand head and shoulders above the rest in terms of readiness for reaping for they have yielded to the ministrations of My wind and My rain and they have soaked in the light of the Sun of Righteousness. These are the ones that are My jewels. No leaven is in them. I will gather them by My own hand and wave them as a trophy and an offering before My Father. They are the first of the fruit of the travail of My soul and because of these, I rest satisfied. These are the seed which I will sow; these are those which shall become unleavened bread to the eater.”

The light-bearing firstfruits company are those mentioned in Revelation 14 on mount Zion. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes because they are one with Him, one with His heart and one with His purposes in the earth.

Rev 14:4  …These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These are they who have been ransomed (purchased, redeemed) from among men as the firstfruits for God and the Lamb.

And they sing a new song, which only this handpicked company are allowed to sing. Beloved remnant, soak in the outpouring of the latter rain of His Word. It will impart to you the lyrics and the melody hidden and stored for this hour in History—a new sound that only the firstfruits to the Lamb are allowed to release in the earth. The rest of the harvest is not allowed to release this sound and it has never been heard in the earth before. The Great Composer has written it for His beloved jewels; His first-fruits remnant Bride. We are His Magnum Opus in the earth
