It belongs to Elon Musk, the richest man on the planet, who is presently pressing for computer chips to be planted in human brains so they can be connected to his 5G satellite network blanketing the earth. No wonder it is called Signal!)
A Channel on Telegram has facility for unlimited members and data of members is not collected or visible. A CHANNEL IS DIFFERENT TO A GROUP. WITH GROUPS ON TELEGRAM, EVERYONE CAN SEE WHO BELONGS.

Unfortunately I just don't have enough hours in a day to do a Spanish telegram site right now as I am still taking care of my husband in his rehabilitation at home. I just write from home and have no staff etc. All I can suggest is you join the English telegram channel and then copy and paste the posts into a English to Spanish translator. Vanessa, I have tested the link above, both on my mobile and on my laptop and both worked just fine leading to the channel, with a button to click to join. Please try it again. It definitely exists. 250 people have joined already.
